Hotel opening: Hyatt City of Dreams Manila

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts announced today the official opening of Hyatt City of Dreams Manila.

Located three kilometers from Ninoy Aquino International Airport, Hyatt City of Dreams Manila is a five-minute drive from SM Mall of Asia and the SMX Convention Center, and a ten-minute drive from the World Trade Center and Philippine International Convention Center, making it an ideal base for both leisure and business travelers.

Spread over two gleaming towers, Hyatt City of Dreams Manila was created by award-winning architects Asya Design, with interiors by Arlen P. De Guzman Design Associates. It houses 365 modern rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows where guests can recharge and kick back when they are not busy exploring the city.

Ranging in size from 36 to 85 square metres (377 to 915 square feet), the contemporary guestrooms are designed with a focus on efficiency and simplicity. In the living space, guests will find a fully functioning work space with an ergonomic desk chair, a 47 inch LED HDTV with an interactive interface, an iPod docking station, and a safe large enough to accommodate a laptop – all of which augment the guest experience at the hotel.

Meanwhile, guests staying in any of the 45 Club rooms within Hyatt City of Dreams Manila are welcome to visit the Club Lounge on Level 7 of Tower II. In this tranquil, comfortable space, Club guests can enjoy a host of exclusive, complimentary services including personalized, seated check-in and check-out, breakfast, drinks and light snacks throughout the day, and canapés and pre-dinner cocktails.

Hyatt City of Dreams Manila features two dining venues where guests can enjoy fresh, authentic local and international cuisine.

Past a circular reception beneath a striking spiral chandelier, The Café is the main dining space at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila and offers a range of seating options, from cozy circular booths to private and semi-private rooms to standalone tables in the heart of all the action. Open 24 hours, The Café is an interactive show-kitchen restaurant, where live culinary theater is performed by experienced chefs at vibrant cooking and buffet stations, with hot dishes prepared à la minute to ensure freshness and optimum flavor. Each of the counters— Italian, Grill and Griddle, Asian, Deli, Comfort Food & Favorites, and Pastry —showcase a different culinary production.

For guests looking for a drink and light snack, the Lounge is a comfortable, stylish spot to meet friends and colleagues, or simply relax and unwind throughout the day. Whether settled into a plush chair or people-watching at the bar, guests can enjoy well-crafted cocktails, premium wine, as well as an international snack and tapas menu in the evening. For those looking to mix business with pleasure, a business center with office services is also available.

When not enjoying their room, there is plenty for guests to explore at Hyatt City of Dreams Manila. The hotel is ideally located within City of Dreams Manila, the pinnacle of entertainment in the Philippines.
