RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – Carlson Rezidor signed a new Radisson Blu hotel at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) in Saudi Arabia’s capital city. The 200-room property is scheduled to open in Q2 2017.
Carlson Rezidor’s total portfolio in Saudi Arabia now comprises 23 hotels and 4,200 rooms in operation and under development. Eight of these properties are located in Riyadh.
The Radisson Blu Hotel, Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center will have 200 rooms, a 656-square-foot all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a lobby, a lounge and a café. The hotel will also offer an indoor swimming pool and a fitness space. The hotel will also have a 3,526-square-foot meetings & events area and 18,372 square feet of car parking.
