Visit with cheetahs, rhinos, and other wildlife at The Parks of Chehaw and swing, climb, and slide at Southwest Georgia’s largest play park. Tour the night sky on the only hi-def planetarium in the country featuring a 40-foot dome and digital projection at the Thronateeska Heritage Center, where you can also have hands-on fun at the Science Discover Center and see a model train exhibit. At the Albany Museum of Art, let the kids touch all they want in the Amazing Space wing with youth art and interactive galleries. Then check out the intricate carved masks in the museum’s sub-Saharan African art collection.
