TAT receives award at India Travel Mart

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) was awarded “Best Outbound Destination
Awareness Display” at the India Travel Mart (ITM) held in Jaipur from September 5-7, 2008.

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) was awarded “Best Outbound Destination
Awareness Display” at the India Travel Mart (ITM) held in Jaipur from September 5-7, 2008.

India Travel Mart brought together travel professionals to facilitate the trade of inbound, outbound and domestic tourism. The event provided a golden chance to the industry players to advertise their products and destination in the tourism sector.

Exhibiting at the event were travel agencies, airlines, health resorts, national and international destinations, cruise lines, hotels and resorts, railways, international and state tourism boards, portals, amusement and theme parks, travel services, adventure-sports-eco tourism companies, time share properties, educational institutes, insurance agencies, car rental associations and many more.

Visitors from Rajasthan and other parts of the country visited Thailand’s stall and showed their interest in Thailand for their outbound holidays. The visitors got special rates and attractive packages for Dusshera, Diwali, Christmas and New Year Holidays.
