UN foresees ‘second catastrophe’ for Myanmar

Unless more access to the country is granted to allow aid more quickly, a second catastrophe could result, Elizabeth Byrs of the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) said in Geneva yesterday.
