(TVLW) Frontier Airlines has announced the nonprofit organizations that received a pair of round-trip tickets on Frontier through an essay contest sponsored by the airline.

Frontier announced the contest in conjunction with the inauguration of its air service between Sioux Gateway Airport and Denver, Colo., early in October.

Contest entrants were asked to submit an essagy explaining "Which of Frontier's tail animals best represents your organization?"

The ticket giveaway was open to certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations in the tri-state metro area.
