HONOLULU, HI - Mesa Air Group, Inc. announced today it has concluded a code share agreement with Hawaii Island Air, Inc. (dba Island Air). Effective March 25, 2009 and available for immediate travel, Mesa's independent Hawaii operation, dba go!, will begin marketing services to be flown by Island Air between Kahului, Maui and Hilo, the Big Island and Lihue, Kauai; Honolulu and Kapalua, Maui; Honolulu and Lanai; Honolulu and Molokai; Kahului, Maui and Kona, the Big Island; and between Kahului and Molokai.

The new services will be available through go!'s website at iflygo.com or by calling 1-888-iflygo2 and also Island Air's website at islandair.com or by calling 808-484-2222 (Oahu) and 800-652-6541 (neighbor islands and N. America).

Commenting on the agreement, Mesa Air Group chairman and CEO Jonathan Ornstein said: "We are delighted to be working with Island Air, which has a long tradition of high-quality service in the islands. This code share agreement will allow go! to extend its network and offer the people of Hawaii an even greater choice for inter-island travel."

Mr. Ornstein added, "We look forward to exploring other synergies and mutually beneficial opportunities with Island Air in the near future, and we reaffirm our commitment to continuing to serve the people and businesses of Hawaii with great service and low fares."
