Taca in code sharing agreement with Lufthansa
Taca launched two code sharing flights with Lufthansa in the Frankfurt-Caracas-Lima and Frankfurt-Miami-San Salvador route, round trip.

Hilton will construct 200 establishments in the region
Hilton Hotels will construct about 200 new hotels and resorts in Latin America and the Caribbean. According to an official announcement of the chain, the accommodations will be located in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica and Panama. The Brazilian market will be the main focus of the developments planned by the company in the region, with projects in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Brasilia, Belo Horizonte, Porto Alegre, Manaus, Recife, and Goiania.

Argentine Airlines increases flights between Buenos Aires, Trelew and Esquel
Argentine Airlines and Austral increase their flights during May, June and July between Buenos Aires, Trelew and Esquel. There will be 14 weekly frequencies to Trelew and three to Esquel in May and June. 17 frequencies will be during the first week and five during the second week of July. Last year Trelew had eight weekly frequencies in May, 10 in June and 12 in July, whereas Esquel had only one weekly flight in May and none in June and July because of the eruption of the ChaiteĢn volcano.

Canceled code sharing agreement with Air Comet
Airlines will not be accepting any tickets emitted by Air Comet from the 5th of March. The airline has decided to cancel the code sharing agreement and share that was maintained until recently with Air Comet.

LAN with 7 weekly frequencies between Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires
LAN Argentina will operate 7 daily flights between Buenos Aires and San Pablo from the 19 of April. Until this moment, the airline operates every day except on Sundays. A New flight, the 4552, will leave from Buenos Aires to arrive at the airport of Guarulhos in Sao Paulo.
