Will Serve Another 2-Year Term
Entire Skål Phuket executive committee re-elected
Skål International Phuket Members re-elected last Thursday the current executive committee for another 2-year term (2009-2011) at their March dinner event, which was held at the beautiful Ayara Hilltops in Surin. The entire committee of the season 2008/2009 has been re-elected for an additional term.
Additionally, the members agreed to create another committee position, which will be responsible for member development. Mr. Simon Samaan (GM, NewspaperDirect, Phuket) has been elected to join the committee as the new member development director.
President Ms. Blandine Cressard (GM at Novotel Cape Panwa), Vice President Claude Sauter (GM, Cape Panwa Hotel), Secretary Jorge de la Torre (F&B, sales and marketing manager, Cape Sienna Hotel & Villas Phuket), Treasurer Jaspal Singh (GM, Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa), and PR/marketing director Fred R. Münger (MD, www.bitsiren.com ) all will remain in their respective positions for another term.
