So long, Crown Rooms. Hello, Sky Clubs.

Delta Air Lines is renaming its frequent flier airport lounges Delta Sky Clubs in the wake of its merger with Northwest Airlines.

Northwest’s old WorldClubs also will become Sky Clubs.

New signs will start appearing at the combined airline’s 50 airport lounges in early April, and the transition will be done by year’s end.

Delta plans to integrate the service offerings of Delta and Northwest clubs by early 2010.

“Crown Room Club and WorldClubs members may continue to use their current credentials and One-Day passes until the end of 2009, when the conversion of all Delta Sky Club locations will be complete,” Delta said.
