India’s Gout de France: An event to be savored

Several leading France-related professionals from culinary and other fields graced various events at India’s Gout de France, apart from the top brass of the university.

Several leading France-related professionals from culinary and other fields graced various events at India’s Gout de France, apart from the top brass of the university.

The School of Tourism and Hotel Management at Ansal University at Gurugram, near Delhi, India, organized a Gout de France – taste of France – festival, which lasted for three days, ending March 23.


During this time, the students of the university prepared the best of French cuisine, giving details of the salient features and holding seminars and workshops.

Rajendera Kumar, Director of The Ambassador Vivanta New Delhi, also spoke on the occasion. Academic leaders from Alliance Francise, and GMs of hotels added to the value of the Gout de France, which has become an important event in the calendar year.
