The Culinary Skills Training Program for the Olympic Way Community The program saw some 21 students receiving HEART/NTA certification as Commercial Food Preparation Level 2 Chefs. They also received Team Jamaica training in tourism, service delivery, and product knowledge.


Graduates of the Tourism Product Development Companyโ€™s (TPDCo) Culinary Skills Training Program for the Olympic Way Community, Schane Andrews (seen left in the photo) and valedictorian Sandra Peters (2nd right), proudly display their certificates to Prime Minister the Most Hon. Funding for the initiative is provided by the Tourism Enhancement Fund (TEF).
