Columbus, Ohio — Discount carrier Skybus Airlines is adding three destinations to its service map: Niagara Falls, N.Y.; Wilmington, Del.; and Gary, Ind., outside Chicago.
The first of the new flights will begin in early March, and the Columbus-based airline has begun selling tickets in its typical fashion, offering seats that start at $10, plus taxes and fees.

Skybus says Wednesday's announcement means the company will be serving 18 cities come April 1.

The airline has been growing since it launched last May and has had a few stumbles. Last week, it ended service to Bellingham, Wash., because of high fuel prices. Over two days during Christmas week, Skybus canceled up to a quarter of its flights because of problems with two of its planes.
