On average, travelers with disabilities spend $100 per day on hotel accommodations, a $25 increase since Open Doors Organization’s (ODO’s) 2005 market study and slightly higher than the rate of inflation.


While accessibility continues to be a work in progress, some of the most commonly encountered physical obstacles have become much less of a problem.
