Leading travel technology business, CodeGen, will be demonstrating its latest innovations at this year’s World Travel Market (WTM) and some of the industry’s best minds will be on-stand to demonstrate how global travel companies can increase conversions using the latest Artificial Intelligence based solutions.

On-stand, CodeGen representatives will be demonstrating the state of the art reservation platform – TravelBox, which is already in use by some of the giants in the travel industry. TravelBox is complemented by cutting edge innovative products such as TravelBox Surf, an online solution that combines personalisation, intelligent search capability and additional post-booking functionality. CodeGen has also opened the API of its ontology engine that powers Surf allowing travel companies to offer natural language search, and venture into the realm of bots.

Advances in CodeGen’s core reservation platform has enabled sub-second response times for search and book operations via its Open Travel Alliance specification based API. This lightning-fast search and book API is capable of handling more than 1,000 package searches per second, that’s over 84 million searches in 24 hours or to put it another way, enough capacity to target more than 50 million passengers a year.

Bharat Patel, president, sales, marketing and commercial, CodeGen, explains:

“CodeGen takes great pride in being at the forefront of global travel technology innovation and as a business we invest heavily and continually in research and development. We are excited that at this year’s World Travel Market our team will be on hand to discuss our Advanced Machine Intelligence Solutions and our Bot ready technology.”
