For most business travelers, airports double as offices. They need to take advantage of the time between two appointments or on their way to meetings to get things done. Frankfurt Airport (FRA) therefore offers business travelers a wide range of relevant services to help them make the most of their time.

Doris Rรถsner, who heads the Service Communications department at Fraport AG, says: โ€œThe pressure on business travelers to be able to work anywhere and at any time places heavy demands on them. Weโ€™re glad to support them with appropriate services.โ€


A relaxed travel experience starts with getting to the airport easily and comfortably. The FRA Comfort Services save travelers time and stress by picking them up at the office, driving them to the airport, and then escorting them straight to the right gate. Those who drive their own cars can take advantage of extra-wide business parking spaces that are just a short walk from the check-in areas.

Within the terminals, the Frankfurt Airport App and multilingual service personnel assist passengers in finding their way and getting their personal needs met.

While waiting to board their plane, passengers can enjoy unlimited free Wi-Fi at Frankfurt Airport. If need be, a copy and fax service is available at Service Points located in both terminals. State-of-the-art workbenches take the place of desks, allowing passengers to be comfortably productive while enjoying a view of the airfield.

In case passengers have forgotten to charge their cellphone or laptop, there are plenty of opportunities to easily do so free at the airport. And once the work is done and if there is still time to spare, passengers can pleasurably browse some of Frankfurt Airportโ€™s many shops.
