United Airlines launches Washington-Moscow service with fare sale, bonus miles

CHICAGO – United Airlines is launching the first-ever nonstop service linking Washington, D.C.

CHICAGO – United Airlines is launching the first-ever nonstop service linking Washington, D.C. with Moscow with red-hot deals to Red Square and a bonus-mile offer that make the airline’s latest capital-to-capital addition more affordable and more rewarding.

The inaugural flight is scheduled to depart Washington Dulles on March 29.
Sample fares to Moscow are each way, based on required roundtrip purchase by Feb. 18 for travel Mondays through Thursdays between April 3 and May 14:

• $369 – Washington, D.C.
• $432 – Los Angeles
• $477 – San Francisco
• $463 – Seattle
• $410 – Houston
• $421 – Denver
• $384 – Chicago
• $356 – Boston
• $327 – New York.

Mileage Plus® members can also earn bonus miles on United flights to and from Moscow. Customers who purchase by March 29 and fly between March 29 and June 30 on a qualifying United roundtrip between the United States and Moscow can earn:

• 10,000 bonus miles for United First (F and A booking classes)
• 7,500 bonus miles for United Business (C, D and Z booking classes)
• 5,000 bonus miles for United Economy in Y, B, M and H classes
• 3,000 bonus miles in other booking classes of United Economy.
