MIAMI, FL – WoodSpring Hotels, the fast growing, extended-stay hotel brand, has partnered with Gold Coast Premier Properties to develop four, ground-up hotels in South Florida.

Complementing its two existing corporate owned WoodSpring Suites hotels in the region, Gold Coast has signed on to build the brandโ€™s recently launched prototype in Naples, Miramar, Tamarac and West Palm Beach. These new locations are in addition to Gold Coastโ€™s previously announced locations in Doral and Richmond Heights, which currently are under construction.

โ€œFlorida has been an exceptionally strong and active market for our company owned assets. Its demographics, growth and tourism make it one of the strongest extended-stay markets in America. We look forward to expanding our franchisee partnership in Florida with Gold Coast,โ€ said Ron Burgett, executive vice president of franchise development and operations. โ€œThey have demonstrated an astute ability to find high barrier to new entry locations, making them ideal partners to help grow the WoodSpring brand throughout the state.โ€
