Aug 29, 2016

Visitors to Kuala Lumpur can now get a very different experience by exploring the city from the air with the latest tourism product - The KL Sky Tour.

Helicopter rides were once too expensive for most tourists to be able to afford, but not any more. The KL Sky Tour offers a variety of packages that are very affordable and yet still offer the thrill and excitement of touring a city from the air. There are four tour pac-kages to choose from that vary in terms of time and distance travelled.

Time conscious? Let us show you Kuala Lumpur like you’ve never imagined. This 6 minute tour takes you around the iconic landmarks of KL city centre. Fly over the Dataran Mer-deka, the National Stadium and the KL Tower. Passengers will get spectacular views of the Petronas Twin Towers.

A 15 minute flight over every iconic structure in Kuala Lumpur including the Batu Caves, King’s Palace & KL city centre. From there the flight path takes them to the Jalan Duta area to see the Federal Territory Mosque and the National Palace. Before the tour ends there will be a flight around the iconic buildings of the city centre.

Experience of adventure as KL’s concrete jungle meets it’s real jungle. KL’s rainforests from above the tree tops, KL’s city centre from above the roof tops. This flight lasts 30 minutes and takes passengers around the city centre before heading away from the city to the prestine rainforests along the Quartz Ridge to the Batu Dam. It really is a case of the ‘concrete jungle meets the real jungle’.

Climb to over 6,000 feet over the valleys and mountains to Genting Highlands, see every-thing of KL in this 45 minute ultimate indulgence. Discover the valleys and mountains co-vered in lush rainforests to the Genting Highlands home of Malaysia’s casino heaven. Fly-ing back to the city, passengers will enjoy the panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur city skyline as they descend to the Batu Caves and Kuala Lumpur royal quarters before hea-ding for the city’s iconic buildings.

All flights depart from the KL City Helipad at the Titiwangsa Lake Gardens. There is a re-quirement of a minimum number of three passengers per flight and advance bookings are required.
