Concorde made a breakthrough in its Omni-channel distribution and announced the launch of its new mobile app that allows for online booking and credit-card payment for excursions, activities, and things to do in Mauritius. Concorde Mauritius Mobile App, developed by Concorde’s Digital & E-Marketing dedicated team – lead by Catherine Fleurant – is a free mobile application and is immediately available to all customers of Concorde but also to all tourists wanting a quick, easy and seamless way to book excursions. The app demonstrates Concorde’s commitment to stay at forefront of the latest technology and also showcase the company’s capabilities in developing cutting-edge mobile applications that helps in strengthening customers’ bond.
“Concorde Mauritius Mobile App allows our customers to manage and book their excursions from the comfort of their hotel room, giving them the possibility to make the most of their holiday experience in Mauritius. It allows for direct payment through credit-card, hence positioning us among the first DMCs in Mauritius to launch such an app,” says Bruno Lebreux, Executive Director of Concorde. “With the application’s Google Map integration, customers can see how far they are from their selected excursion site, and see the exact itinerary they will follow to get there. Our new solution will surely increase productivity and sales by providing fast access to customer information and promotions.”
Concorde, who celebrated their 45 years last year, has adopted a new ‘digital mind’ and are moving rapidly towards this era. With their internal booking system also being reviewed through the implementation of a new software solution, they are focusing on efficiency through accurate time management. Concorde Mobile App is available for download from Google Play (android) and Apple Store (iOS) now.
