A Jet Blue flight from Boston to Sacramento was a nightmare for 22 passengers that were injured by extreme turbulence.
The Jet Blue landed safely in South Dakota at around 7:30 p.m. central, or 5:30 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
22 passengers and two crew members were transported to the hospital for evaluation.
The remaining passengers were flown to Sacramento on a replacement plane.
