Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a management agreement with Saigon Cuu Long Corporation to manage Hilton Saigon.

Hilton Worldwide today announced the signing of a management agreement with Saigon Cuu Long Corporation to manage Hilton Saigon. The new-build hotel located in downtown Ho Chi Minh City will open in the fourth quarter of 2019. Hilton Worldwide currently operates Hilton Hanoi Opera and Hilton Garden Inn Hanoi in Vietnam and has three hotels in the pipeline including Hilton Da Nang.

Approximately seven kilometers from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Hilton Saigon enjoys a premium location next to the new Vietcombank Tower, in the heart of the Central Business District where most of the city’s administrative offices, consulates and major commercial buildings are located. The district is also home to major tourist attractions including the Saigon Notre Dame Basilica, Saigon Opera House, Central Post Office, City Hall and the Reunification Palace.

Hilton Saigon will have up to 350 rooms that offer views of the city as well as 1,488 square meters of meeting space, including an 820-square meter ballroom. Recreational facilities will include a casino, a spa, a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel’s food and beverage outlets will include two all-day dining restaurants, a bar and a Grab-and-Go.
