Scott Feinerman has left the Israel Ministry of Tourism Los Angeles office after some 23 years, most concurrent with his teaching and administering the Travel & Hospitality training program at West Los Angeles College.

Feinerman, who was Director of Clergy and Travel Industry Relations for Israel’s Western Region, “retired” for a second time – the first being from his college position, only three years ago. But, again, he has not gone far from the tree, with a new position as Vice President of Business Development and Marketing for World Express Travel, in Tarzana CA, a company specializing in Israel with wholesale programs for retail agents.

Feinerman says of his new position, “It’s great to be able to continue offering the same high level of destination and marketing direction to colleagues in the travel industry.”
