SYDNEY, Australia – The current Four Points by Sheraton Darling Harbour will be rebranded as Hyatt Regency Sydney as of November 30, 2016.
The hotel marks the return of the Hyatt brand to Sydney and will see the property undergo an AU$250 million refurbishment.
The changes will include a new 24-story tower, 272 seat all day dining restaurant and 222 additional guestrooms, taking the total room count to 892.
The property will also offer more than 37,100 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting spaces for events, including two ballrooms seating more than 1,000 people, which will be part of the new pillar-less convention centre with panoramic views of Darling Harbour.
