VERACRUZ, Mexico & MCLEAN, VA – Hilton Worldwide announced today the opening of the new 226-room DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, conveniently located across from the beach overlooking the harbor, with direct access to the historic center and the most modern shopping, business and entertainment district. This new hotel is the latest addition to the DoubleTree by Hilton brand portfolio, which already has more than 460 DoubleTree by Hilton hotels in 38 countries.

DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz reinforces the brandโ€˜s growth in Latin America representing its 11th hotel in Latin America and third DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Mexico, following DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queretaro and DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Saltillo.



Hilton Worldwide currently has a portfolio of more than 90 hotels and resorts open and welcoming travelers in Latin America, including more than 40 in Mexico. The company is actively pursuing additional Latin American growth opportunities and currently has a robust pipeline of more than 50 projects across the region, including more than 20 in Mexico.
