The Ajman Palace Hotel appoints new Executive Assistant Manager

The Ajman Palace Hotel has appointed Mahmoud Haggag as the new Executive Assistant Manager for the hotel. An Egyptian national, Mahmoud's most recent posting was at Mercure Center Hotel, Abu Dhabi, where he worked as Rooms Division Manager in charge of hotel operations since 2014.

Making the announcement, Ferghal Purcell, General Manager of The Ajman Palace Hotel, stated, "Mahmoud is a dynamic hotelier with a proven track record. He is a great new addition to our team and will contribute tremendously to our success. At The Ajman Palace Hotel we are committed to offer the highest level of service with every aspect of the hotel experience designed with our guests in mind. By anticipating and delivering on our guests' desires we go the extra mile to create enduring moments."

Mahmoud has spent over 27 years in the hospitality industry beginning his career at Semiraamis Intercontinental Hotel and Intercontinental Hotel – Hurghada, Egypt. Over the years he gained outstanding experience serving landmark properties in different capacities such as Hilton Abu Dhabi, Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel and Resort.

In his new role Mahmoud is tasked with assisting the general manager in hotel operations specifically the rooms department while ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction. Upon joining Mahmoud said, "I am extremely excited about this new challenge. It is a great responsibility and honor to be part of the incredible team at The Ajman Palace Hotel which is one of the finest hotels in the UAE."
