Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport’s executive board chairman, will present Fraport AG’s 2015 fiscal results and discuss developments in 2016 at its Annual General Meeting this Friday.
Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to its 15th regular AGM at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Höchst, on Friday, May 20, 2016. The AGM officially begins at 10:00 CEST, with admission starting at 09:00 CEST.
There will be a live webcast in German of the AGM, running until the end of Dr. Schulte’s speech. A general debate will follow. The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport AG’s supervisory board chairman.
A shuttle-bus service will operate on May 20 between Höchst train station and the Jahrhunderthalle from 08:45 CEST in the morning, departing from the north side of the station (at the corner of Michael-Stumpf-Strasse and Gebeschus-Strasse). The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority and shuttle bus.
