Historic UK village is offering a one-for-one exchange rate between the Euro and the pound in a bid to attract tourists.

Dunster, in Exmoor, Somerset, is pioneering a straight Euro-for-pound swap to override Sterling's weakness on the money markets.

The Yarn Market Hotel and several gifts shops are supporting the deal in the hope of winning last-minute bookings from European travellers.
