As COO, Mr. Day will be responsible for the operations of all hotels in the Presidian portfolio as well as directing the strategic positioning of the company for continued growth through strong organizational alignment and operational execution.


Mr. Day brings more than 35 years of hospitality experience to Presidian. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Peachtree Hotel Management. Prior to Peachtree, Mr. Day worked for nine years with KPartners Hospitality Group in San Antonio where he served as EVP, CEO and President, directing the growth of the company through new builds, acquisitions, conversions and third party management, primarily in the Marriott, Hilton and IHG brand families. Prior to working with KPartners, Jeremy was the Vice President of Operations for eight years at Stonebridge Companies.
