Internationally recognized culinary giant Stefan Goehcke has joined two of the Caribbean’s storied hotels in St. Lucia as their new Executive Chef.
Goehcke has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and a host of high end eateries in the culinary capitals of the world but he was drawn to St. Lucia and the twin resorts Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain partly because of their commitment to organic food and to their use of local produce.
“I am thrilled to be working closely with the rest of the team and to delight our guests with memorable dining experiences. To be able to receive fresh produce from our organic farm is a great plus,” Goehcke announced.
