JAMAICA, NY – Baltia Air Lines, Inc announced today that on February 2, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors met and appointed Mr. Barry Clare as Executive Vice President. Mr. Clare is well known as having been with the company nearly 10 years.

In a subsequent special meeting that same day they appointed Mr. Anthony D. Koulouris as interim Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Koulouris had served as Vice President, Marketing since 2011.

Prior to joining Baltia, Mr. Koulouris had 20 years of experience in sales & marketing, business management and corporate finance. He is a senior finance, sales & marketing executive with diversified experience having worked for Merrill Lynch, Citigroup Global Markets and Morgan Stanley as well as having founded many successful businesses. Mr. Koulouris holds a MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from The University of Central Florida. In his career, Mr. Koulouris has had the opportunity to develop and manage multiple sales regions and departments. He has also held key positions in finance, client services and operations and has extensive experience raising capital, trading, budgeting, and management. A new VP of Marketing will be announced by the company in the future.
