United Airlines launches sale on travel options

United Airlines has launched a sale on its travel options.

Until 18 December United is offering 30% off Economy Plus seating, which will cost between USD9 and USD149 each way. Economy Plus seats provide up to five inches of extra legroom at the front of the economy cabin.

The airline is offering up to 45% off its Door-to-Door Baggage service, which will be USD99 each way until 15 January 2009. This service ships baggage overnight directly to a destination within the continental United States.

Meanwhile Red Carpet Club One-Time Passes are 20% off until 15 January. During the sale the passes will be USD40 per pass when purchased on United's website. Red Carpet Club Lounges offer customers complimentary beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, newspapers and personal travel services.
