This data was monitored and recorded by the Hotel Optimizer System audited by FARNEK Engineers. To ensure an efficient lighting system, the property is LED-based with most areas covered by motion sensors, timers and photocells. While advanced water conservation technology detect any leakages and low-flow aerators and faucets have been installed in private and public areas.

One of our major targets in 2015 was to focus on energy-saving investments, making our hotel 90% LED-based and deploying advanced water-saving engineering that resulted in a notable reduction in our water consumption,” said General Manager, Khaled Habbab.

The hotel provides direct avenues for local entrepreneurs to showcase their products such as carpets and handicrafts to guests during festive events such as the entire period of Ramadan and other related celebrations. In addition, kindergarten children as well as visitors from the Yanbu Centre for Orphans and the Madinah Centre for ladies with disabilities are welcomed at the hotel during the year whilst on field trips or social outings.
