NEW YORK, NY — A passenger plane was evacuated at LaGuardia Airport at 11 am, according to New York Port Authority Police.
Spirit Airlines Flight 197 was scheduled to depart for Fort Lauderdale, Florida at 10:59 am with 228 passengers and 7 crew on board.
All the passengers and the crew were safely removed from the plane. No injuries were reported.
