MOSCOW, Russia – Gazpromneft-Aero, the aviation-fuel business subsidiary of Gazprom Neft, has started fuelling Volga-Dnepr aircraft at Cam Ranh International Airport (Cam Ranh, Vietnam), extending its fuelling chain to a third airport in Vietnam. The Company already operates in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi.

The fuelling operations in Vietnam are in compliance with Gazpromneft-Aeroโ€™s fuel supply agreement with Petrolimex Aviation of Vietnam. Under the agreement, Gazpromneft-Aero customers are guaranteed refuelling in local Vietnamese airports. Gazpromneft-Aeroโ€™s total fuelling volumes in Vietnam will exceed 21 thousand tons in 2015, which is double the volumes achieved in 2014.

Vladimir Egorov, CEO of Gazpromneft-Aero, said: โ€œGazpromneft-Aero aims to take advantage of growing inbound tourism to Vietnam and other Asia-Pacific countries by increasing fuelling partnerships with airlines in local airports. The Companyโ€™s strategy is to expand its international airport network further by cooperating with local suppliers, in order to guarantee efficient fuelling and excellent quality fuel to air carriers.โ€
