Owner of Crown Resorts steps down

He owns 53% of Crown Resorts in Melbourne, Australia – a riverside entertainment complex with 3 hotels, spas, and a casino, plus restaurants and bars.

James Packer is stepping down from the Crown Resorts board to focus on new developments in Sydney, Melbourne, and Las Vegas.

Mr. Packer quit as chairman of the casino operator in August this year, to be replaced by Rob Rankin, and is now stepping down from the board entirely.
