Bangkok Airways’ passengers departing from Suvarnabhumi Airport are requested to check in at Bangkok Airways’ Head Office (99 Vibhavadirangsit Road) at least three hours prior flight departure. Transfers are available to and from the head office for both inbound and outbound passengers.

Passengers holding Bangkok Airways’ tickets to the following routes: Utapao-Samui, Utapao-Phuket, and Utapao-Siem Reap may check in at the BITEC.
