In July, 2015, the airport completed the reconstruction of the International Section B of the terminal building. As the Domestic Section A, the international section meets the general requirements for the creation of an accessible environment for passengers with disabilities, it is equipped with ramps, lifts, lifting platforms and special restrooms. Medical Service of the airport offers ambulatory elevators that simplify the process of boarding of this category of passengers. The Domestic Section A is equipped with relaxation room for a comfortable stay of passengers with disabilities while waiting for the departure. All airport personnel involved in servicing of passengers are briefed and can provide all necessary assistance.

As part of the creation of an accessible environment in the airport it is planned to place additional information signs and information desks to call support and assistance during the passage of preflight procedures.
