Ethiopian Aviation Academy graduated 19 pilots, 49 aviation maintenance technicians, 42 cabin crew, and 45 marketing trainees at a ceremony held at the Ethiopian Headquarters on July 7, 2015.

At the graduation ceremony, Ethiopian CEO, Mr. Tewolde GebreMariam, gave out diplomas to all graduates, flight wings to graduating pilots and cabin crew and achievement awards to top performing ones. On the occasion, CEO Tewolde congratulated the new graduates and welcomed them to the airlineโ€™s fast growing workforce. He added: “The Ethiopian Aviation Academy is the foundation of the Airline. Self-sufficiency in training of all airline expertise right from the inception of our business has been one of the major success factors of Ethiopian Airlines. Our Vision 2025 envisages a work force of more than 17,000 employees and most of them will graduate from our Academy.
