White Stag, Chairman and Private Equity Investor, John C. Green commented that the acquisition comes at a unique time when the supply and demand for AirLift and Cargo configured Aircraft have yet to peak. Mr. Green indicated that four Aircraft will be immediately destined for conversion facilities as soon as deliveries are complete, likely over the next 60-90 days.

“Current markets are such that much older Aircraft continue to be leased and released to meet over demand, for freight contracts world wide. We foresee this wave to continue uninterrupted well into the future,” says Green.
