Toronto future space traveler joins Skal Toronto

Stephanie Anevich, executive vice president of Vision 2000 Travel Group, was inducted into the Toronto Skål International Club this week at the meeting held at the National Club. Stephanie is an ASA, Accredited Space Agent, for Richard Branson's Virgin Galactic and has completed her space training on Zero G weightless flight and a military test centrifuge. Stephanie could be the first Skål member to make the dream of space travel a reality.

Skål Toronto will host the November 25 meeting at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Airport and the Christmas Gala will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville.

Skål International is an international association of travel and tourism professionals. Membership is voluntary and open to travel and tourism professionals in senior managerial positions who qualify according to the regulations of Skål International.
