German Star Alliance Airline Lufthansa is also known by many as the airline of repeat and sudden labor strikes. Now the airline pledged together with its cockpit union to avoid a new strike at least until the end of July.
This is good news for Germans getting ready to leave for annual summer trips.
Lufthansa this afternoon agreed its willingness to find a workable solution.
The Lufthansa Cockpit Union (VC) agreed and both parties are now searching for a mediator.
