ARC continues Sun Country processing as carrier files for bankruptcy

ARLINGTON, VA - ARC has been advised that Sun Country Airlines (SY - 339) has sought protection under Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in US Bankruptcy Court in Minneapolis, MN on Monday, October 6, 2008.

Sun Country Airlines has stated that it expects to continue to operate flights without interruption. On this basis, ARC will continue processing Sun Country Airlines-validated transactions, including sales, refunds and exchanges, without interruption.
