CHENGDU, China – Do you like pandas? Have you ever walked through the Southern Silk Road? Do you want a free trip to Sichuan, China – the homeland of pandas?
From Dec. 15, 2014 to Jan. 14, 2015, citizens of the U.K., France, Spain, Belgium, Germany and Austria can sign up online for a free self-driving trip to Sichuan, and two lucky “panda fans” from each country can win the opportunity.
The activity, “Trip to Southern Silk Road, Home of Pandas,” will recruit 12 citizens from these six countries to form a team with experts, scholars, cultural celebrities and reporters. The team will set out fromEurope in April 2015, driving across 15 countries and finally arriving in Chengdu.

The committee will select 60 candidates from each country to enter the competition. FromJan. 16 to 25, 2015, the committee will select two candidates from each country and all the candidates can get special prizes provided by the committee.
