Simpleview, the world’s leading provider of sales and marketing solutions for destination marketing organizations, now offers Simpleview CRM fully translated and technically adapted for Spanish- and French-speaking destinations. The announcement marks the first in a series of launches to complement the company’s fast-growing client base in international markets.

โ€œThe new language adaptations of Simpleview CRM add no cost or implementation time for international customers, but readying Simpleview CRM for a global market was a significant undertaking for the company, requiring six months of code modifications to accommodate a range of international currency, time and date conventions,โ€ said CEO Ryan George.

“This wasn’t about swapping out dollar signs for euro symbols,” he explained. “For the system to understand that ‘100,150.50’ in Nepal and ‘100.150,50’ in Norway mean the same thing and to be able to switch between language packs in real-time was no simple task.”

The company then developed a process to ensure comprehensive interpretation for text throughout the software’s interface, working with native speakers familiar with CRM and destination marketing.

“Not only will this bring a new level of ease and efficiency for our international customers, it opens the door to what’s become the industry-standard CRM for destinations whose governments require native-language and bilingual solutions,” George said.

Simpleview is currently finalizing contracts with three destinations that will take advantage of the company’s “globalized” CRM next quarter.
