Air China’s Overseas Websites Revamped

Since it launched its overseas websites in 2007, Air China has always been committed to building user-friendly and convenient ticketing and service platforms. With the introduction of the websites for the United States, Canada , Japan , South Korea , Britain , Germany and France , Air China’s overseas websites have now covered all the countries and regions that Air China flies to. Now, the overseas websites offer ticketing and inquiry services to passengers in 22 countries and regions in 11 languages, becoming an important part of Air China’s endeavor to make inroads into the international markets and an important bridge of communication between Air China and passengers.

The home page demonstrates Air China’s corporate color. It is designed to make it possible for passengers to access quickly the contents they desire.

The new websites provide a wealth of updated information on various aspects of travel, including destinations, baggage policies, visa application and special passenger services, among others. New features include infant ticket sales, online application for PhoenixMiles membership, PhoenixMiles ticketing information management, online information search and promotion-related ticketing.
