INDIA (eTN) – International Chefs Day will be celebrated by the Indian Culinary Forum in New Delhi at The Ashok Hotel on November 15.

INDIA (eTN) – International Chefs Day will be celebrated by the Indian Culinary Forum in New Delhi at The Ashok Hotel on November 15. Over 600 guests, including 300 chefs, are expected at the event, where Lalit Pawar, Secretary of Tourism, and Amitabha Kant, a tourism veteran, will be the chief guests.

A Chefs Summit will take place to discuss various issues and will be held on the occasion during the day while an awards function will be held in the evening with a gala dinner where chefs from as many as 16 categories will be honored.

Over 600 guests, including 300 chefs, are expected at the event, where Lalit Pawar, Secretary of Tourism, and Amitabha Kant, a tourism veteran, will be the chief guests.
