On Thursday I ran hurriedly into the lobby of the Kimberly Hotel, fearful that I was going to be late for my interview with Tom Griffiths, Vice President โ the Americas for the Frankfurt, Germany based WORLDHOTELS (500 properties in 250 destinations and 65 countries).
Sometimes interviews with industry leaders can be a hard work. Speaking with members of the press is, I assume, not their favorite way to spend an hour; to engage in conversation that goes beyond press release jargon takes stamina and a great deal of patience; two of Griffiths many attributes.
