IBEX Construction to build nearly 40,000 square feet of high-end restaurant space

New restaurant concourses slated for JetBlue's new Terminal 5 at JFK Airport

NEW YORK, NY (September 18, 2008) - IBEX Construction, a New York-based firm specializing in retail and corporate construction, is building out nearly 40,000 square feet of high-end restaurant and retail spaces for OTG Management at JetBlue's new terminal at John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York City.

OTG Management is an award-winning airport food and beverage operator with more than 80 restaurants and eateries in nine airports, including JFK, LaGuardia, Boston's Logan, Tucson, Washington National, Washington Dulles, Orlando and Philadelphia.

Scheduled to open October 1, 2008, Terminal 5 will offer travelers an array of food and beverage options, including nine full-service restaurants, eight quick-serve restaurants, six bars and lounges, three coffee bars and a number of gourmet markets and grab-and-go options.

High-end restaurants in the terminal will boast a vast array of food selections for travelers including tapas, sushi, steaks and American, Italian and French cuisine, to name a few. Specialty restaurants will include The Loft, 5ive Steak, Aeronuova and others. Plus, through OTG's revolutionary new concept, re:vive, T5 will offer table-service dining in the gate areas.

The new terminal is located directly behind the old TWA terminal, the historic and iconic Eero Saarinen-designed building. T5 will encompass 625,000 square feet on 72 acres and serve a projected 20 million passengers annually.

Gensler and Associates is the architect for the terminal. FITCH is the architect for the retail and ICRAVE is the designer.
