Tourism Fair Euroal confirms 2015 dates

The International Tourism Fair ‘EUROAL 2014’ reached the end of its ninth edition confirming the sustained annual increase of its indicators. In 2015, the quintessential Mediterranian tourism trade fair will come to its 10th exhibition, from the 4th until the 6th of June, dates in which the Torremolinos Palace of Congresses and Exhibitions will host the reunion of professionals and destinations from the five continents.

With a 11 percent rise in the number of business meetings, the participating tour operators have made a staggering 2,307 number of contacts. In addition there has been an increase by 20 percent of the number of exhibitors and co-exhibitors (156) comparing to last year. EUROAL stands firm in its model of trade show offering a high rate of return on investment made, at regional, national and international markets, says the president of the organizing committee of the event, Luis Callejón.

Callejón reinforces this assertion based on the data of the fair’s progresses by saying: ‘We started with virtually no company participation, only countries, yet now more and more countries are bringing along firms confirming that this event is good for business’.

This years show closed with a 14,16% increase in the participation of professionals, 2,644 registered. As to the general public there has been a decrease of 12,04% compared to the previous year (6,937 visitors), due to the fact that this edition was a joint event with the WTO (World Tourism Organization), whose tasks could only take place on weekdays (Tuesday to Thursday).
